Q) Is use of the app free?
A) Basic use of the app is free. Our free membership allows unlimited download and delete capability with a limit of 4 magazine issues at a given time on your device. You can always delete 1 to 4 issues to make room to download other issues as required. We also offer paid in-app plans whereby you can have unlimited download and delete functionality on a month-to-month basis, or annual basis. With the paid plans you can download as many issues as the hard drive on your device will allow.
Q) How can I receive instant/email notifications when new issues of my favourite airline inflight magazines are added onto the Altitude platform?
A) Open app, go to the Setting page, toggle activate the email notification and/or device instant notification button. (Push the toggle button to the right). Then click the little white star under the specific magazine title for which you want to receive notifications and it will turn into a blue star.
Q) How can I de-activate instant/email notifications of new issues of my favourite airline inflight magazines when added onto the Altitude platform?
A) Open app, go to the Setting page, toggle de-activate the email notification and/or device instant notification button. (Push the toggle button to the left). Then click the little blue star under the specific magazine title for which you want to stop notifications, and it will turn into a white star.
